These are PVC frames, fabric, duct tape and masks covered in some gauze or distressed burlap or black table cloths (cheap, again from amazon). Big, long black table cloths are very useful and the burlap can be spray painted with some black or darker brown to make it look old or messed up.
Lots of opportunity for variation or differing theme with this. This year I had them mostly pumpkins- like they had been conjured from the “witch pit.” But last year I had them mostly looking like scarecrows.
